I suffer from mild to sometimes very severe anxiety. I encounter general life stress every day, like my job (dealing with boss’s temper), children often involving in argument, etc. I have been on Xanax (alprazolam) for the past two years every once in a while. Of late, I began to experience panic attacks with psychotic features (self-diagnosing) but as I take the 5mg Xanax tablet, I feel fine within 5-10 minutes. This medication is a knight in shining armor for me.
